As of August 2021, we are beginning a new policy. As much as we hate doing this, and because we can no longer accommodate guests within a two to three week timeframe, we are implementing this cancellation policy. Effective now, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be sent an invoice for 1/2 of your treatment cost.
If the invoice isn’t paid, unfortunately, you will not be able to book another service until it’s paid.
Please remember that we are a by-appointment only spa, and every appointment counts when it comes to accommodating all our guests. Thank you for your understanding and your cooperation.
