If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be invoiced for 50% of the treatment cost.

Please note that unpaid invoices must be settled before you can book any future services.

As a by-appointment-only spa, each reservation is important and helps us accommodate all of our guests as efficiently as possible. Timely cancellations also allow us to reach out to clients on our waitlist who may be hoping for an opening.
